Bruce Brown Funeral

Please join San Diego Sigma Chi alumni as we pay respects to long time San Diego Sigma Chi Bruce Brown who passed to Chapter Eternal on June 3, 2021.

Bruce Brown was Chapter Advisor for Delta Xi (twice) covering four decades and was awarded the Erwin L. LeClerg Outstanding Chapter Advisor Award.  That service and more led to his induction into the Order of Constantine, Sigma Chi’s highest award.

Program and Details

• 12-1:30pm - Open Casket Visitation / Coffee and Tea to be served in reception hall
• 1:30pm - Service begins in Chapel
• 2:45pm - Procession to burial and graveside portion of service with military honors 

Following the service please join us for a celebration of life reception at AleSmith Brewery. A hosted bar and private space will be provided from 5-8pm. AleSmith is family-friendly, all ages are welcome. Please note AleSmith does not have a kitchen, but outside food is permitted so please feel free to bring your own if you wish or purchase from the food truck on-site.
