The upcoming Grand Chapter will be held July 1-5, 2009, at the Francis Marion Hotel in downtown Charleston, S.C., where Sigs and their sweethearts and children will be surrounded by history, tradition and brothers from around the globe.

San Diego Sig Alumni Chapter Welcomes Mayor Sanders
On Friday June 12, 2009, the San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter proudly welcomes special guest speaker, San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Sanders has proven skillful at transforming organizations so that they become more effective and efficient which has been especially true during his career with the city. Jerry Sanders was elected mayor in a special run-off election held in November 2005, receiving 54% of the vote against city council member Donna Frye. Sanders is the first mayor under the new "strong mayoral" form of city government.

The San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter cordially invites its members to attend the 2009 San Diego Alumni Awards Banquet where on this evening we will be honoring one local Sigma Chi alumni selected for the Order of Constantine and three brothers selected as "Significant Sigs."
