Let’s Help Our Brothers Take the Next Step in 2026
One of the most meaningful ways we can strengthen Sigma Chi at the local level and at our home chapters is by helping brothers succeed beyond the chapter room—on campus, in graduate programs, and in the early years of their careers. The Sigma Chi Foundation’s scholarship program does exactly that. It turns alumni support into real, practical assistance that helps deserving brothers stay focused on academics, reduce financial pressure, and keep moving forward with confidence.
As an alumni chapter, we want every eligible brother connected to our us—undergraduates, recent graduates, and postgraduate students—to be aware of this opportunity and to feel encouraged to pursue it during the 2026–2027 scholarship cycle.

Why We’re Sharing This
Because too many qualified brothers don’t apply. Some assume they won’t be selected. Others don’t realize the Foundation offers multiple awards, including donor-supported scholarships, specifically designed to recognize brothers who are putting Sigma Chi’s values into action.
We see this scholarship program as a direct extension of what our alumni chapter stands for: lifelong support, high expectations, and a commitment to helping brothers build lives of purpose and achievement.
Who We’re Hoping Will Act on This
If you are currently an undergraduate or graduate brother in good standing, we encourage you to apply and to share this with your brothers.
If you serve as an advisor, mentor, or volunteer supporting an undergraduate chapter, please help amplify the message—especially to brothers who are working hard, leading well, and quietly excelling.
We also want to reach alumni who have sons, nephews, grandsons, or other family members who are Sigma Chi undergraduates (or heading that direction). A quick personal reminder from an alumnus often makes the difference between “I’ll look into it” and “I applied.”
What These Scholarships Support
Scholarships can help offset tuition gaps, books, fees, housing costs, and other everyday expenses that often compete with studying, leading, and serving. When a brother has a little more breathing room, he can do more with his time, his talent, and his potential.
The Foundation’s scholarships are designed to recognize brothers who consistently demonstrate strong academic effort, leadership, service to others, and meaningful engagement in their chapters and communities.
