 Join us for lunch Friday July 11th at 11:45 at Sigma Chi-owned Miguel’s-Old Town. Our special guest speaker this month is San Diego area Realtor Mr. Rex Garver.

Rex Garver is a successful Realtor serving the San Diego area. Rex joined his wife Kelly in the Real Estate business in 2015 as a founding partner of Garver Real Estate. Bringing 14 years of sales experience and 6 years of social work, Rex is uniquely positioned to utilize his skills to provide clients with a comprehensive and professional outcome.

Rex has held over 400 Open Houses since starting his career in real estate. He prides himself on giving his clients, and all prospective clients, precise and up-to-date information on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values. Rex always provides a realistic outlook on what clients can expect to achieve given the current real estate market. He has established and nurtured relationships with clients and numerous affiliates industry wide.

In the past 5 years alone, the Garver Team has sold over $100 million in real estate. This has helped over 120 families find homes. The Garvers are locally active and generously support school and athletic programs.  Rex is a graduate of Oregon State University and after a 6 years stint in Sitka, Alaska, he settled in America’s Finest City.
