John DeBlanc (Delta Xi, '57)  lost his battle to cancer last Friday.

According to Jerry Dressel who worked with John on our board for many years and who co-chaired President Day's retirement dinner with John, "John DeBlanc was a pleasure to work with.  There wasn't anyone who didn't love the guy,  He was your instant best friend and a true gentleman."
